General

1. The promoter of the Club Infinity loyalty scheme is RDM (UK) Limited trading as Infinity Motorcycles, 153 Lynchford Road, Farnborough, Hants, GU14 6HG. 

2. These terms and conditions replace all previous versions, are correct as of December 2023 and shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England, and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. RDM (UK) Limited reserves the right to change these, at any time, on reasonable notice for legal, regulatory, business or policy reasons. Members who continue to participate in the scheme following such a change will be considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions. 

3. Infinity Motorcycles can terminate, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any individual Club Infinity account. 

4. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act. 

5. Due to printing lead times, the terms and conditions in store may not reflect the most recent changes. These are the most up-to-date terms and conditions. 

The Scheme

1. These terms and conditions are applicable across the entire Club Infinity loyalty scheme and any participation is considered as acceptance. 

2. The Club Infinity account, physical cards, key fobs, vouchers and points, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Infinity Motorcycles. 

3. The Club Infinity loyalty scheme is only valid in Infinity Motorcycles UK retail stores and at infinitymotorcycles.com. 

4. Members are only entitled to one Club Infinity account each. Infinity Motorcycles reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time. 

5. We do not issue additional cards for the same account. If we identify that you hold two or more Club Infinity accounts, we may merge them into one account at our discretion.

7. Members must register their personal details and keep Infinity Motorcycles informed of any changes. Infinity Motorcycles cannot be held responsible for any loss of points or vouchers incurred as a result of out-of-date details. New accounts that are not registered within 12 months of first being used and accounts with out-of-date details that have not been updated for 12 months will be removed and any points or vouchers forfeited. 

8. The Club Infinity account and card, in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered for the card. 

9. The Club Infinity account, physical cards, key fobs, vouchers and points, in whatever form, remain the responsibility of the member, as do any security details relating to the account. Infinity Motorcycles cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the member failing to ensure the safekeeping of these items. 

10. The Club Infinity loyalty scheme is for personal and consumer use only; business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. Infinity Motorcycles reserves the right, at the point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage. 

11. Infinity Motorcycles can take any action it considers appropriate, including declining to issue, withdraw or cancel Club Infinity accounts, cards, vouchers and points, in whatever form, and/or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme; any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and/or those relating to the optional elements of the scheme; any behaviour relating to Infinity Motorcycles or RDM (UK) Limited that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information. 

12. Employees of Infinity Motorcycles and its partners cannot participate in the Club Infinity loyalty scheme. 

13. Club Infinity accounts, cards, points and vouchers cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded. 

14. Two Club Infinity members can combine their accounts with written consent from both parties. When either member provides or updates information relating to the joint account, they must have the consent of the other member to do so and for us to use this information following the terms and conditions of the scheme. Infinity Motorcycles cannot be held responsible for any loss to either account member as a result of the other account member providing or updating information relating to the joint account. Joint accounts may be split into single accounts by either member, and any points accrued will be divided based on the Club Infinity account with which they were originally earned. Infinity Motorcycles will take no responsibility for the allocation of vouchers that have already been issued.

15. Use of additional offers and benefits associated with your Club Infinity account are subject to store and online network availability. 

16. Infinity Motorcycles will remove points and vouchers from registered Club Infinity accounts that haven’t been used for 12 months or have been closed. 

17. All physical Club Infinity cards should be registered with Infinity Motorcycles. After 12 months, Infinity Motorcycles will remove points and vouchers on unregistered cards. 

18. Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme, members forfeit the right to any points or vouchers already accrued or issued. 

19. Members may inherit the points and/or the points value of vouchers of a family member who has died by providing a written request informing us of the membership details of the deceased. 

Data Protection

1. RDM (UK) Limited is committed to protecting your privacy. We will always keep your personal information safe, will never sell it to third parties and will only send you marketing material if you have agreed we can do so. To enable us to provide and inform you about our products and services, we may share your information with our marketing platform Mailchimp; users who participate in the loyalty scheme will be considered to have acknowledged your information will be transferred to Mailchimp for processing. Please refer to our privacy policy for full details of how and why we use your personal information. 

Points

1. The standard number of points you will collect from a purchase with Infinity Motorcycles is four points for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases online and in-store. Any item valued under its regular retail price (RRP), whether already discounted or discounted after a promotional code is applied, will accrue 2 points for every £1 spent. The number of points awarded may change and vary. Any pence value under £1 will not accrue points. 

2. Club Infinity members must present their physical Club Infinity card or electronic details at checkout to collect points for a transaction in-store. Alternatively, a staff member in-store may look up your details at your request. Members who forget to do this may have their points added manually within 30 days after the transaction upon presentation of a validated receipt, providing the receipt belongs to the claiming member and is based on their spending. 

3. To collect points online, your Club Infinity account must be linked to your online account. After shopping online on infinitymotorcycles.com, your points will automatically be uploaded onto your linked Club Infinity account at the point of transaction. To link your online account and Club Infinity account together, you will need to log in online, go to ‘My Club Infinity’ and add your Club Card number. If the customer name, email address or postcode on your online account does not match the details assigned to your Club Infinity account, you may encounter issues linking your accounts together. Please contact club@infinitymotorcycles.com to resolve any issues. 

4. If your Club Infinity account is not linked to your online account at the point of transaction, a separate account may be created if the customer's name, email address and/or postcode do not match the details already assigned to the Club Infinity account, and any points earned will not be assigned to your ongoing points balance. If we identify this, we may merge them into one account at our discretion, and any accrued points transferred over. 

5. Points will not be awarded for non-qualifying products, including Belstaff and Rokker products, Alpinestars Tech-Air services and Infinity Motorcycles gift vouchers. Other products may also be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Infinity Motorcycles. 

6. Any purchases made at trade shows, examples of which include, but are not limited to, Motorcycle Live, MCN London Motorcycle Show, Adventure Bike Rider Festival or purchases made through the Infinity Motorcycles eBay store are exempt from our Club Infinity loyalty scheme and therefore points cannot be accrued as a result of these transactions. 

7. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions. Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered consumer behaviour or personal use may be considered an abuse of the scheme. 

8. Infinity Motorcycles is entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value. 

9. Points awarded at the time of the transaction or vouchers already issued may be removed or cancelled if Infinity Motorcycles determines that the points were collected in breach of these terms and conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of our staff that are contrary to these terms and conditions will not have the effect of changing these terms and conditions. 

10. Points have no value until converted into vouchers at the end of the collection period. The current conversion value of points is 1000 points equals £10. 

Vouchers 

1. Club Infinity vouchers will be dispatched via email to members who have accumulated a combined total above the qualifying threshold by the end of each collection period. The current qualifying threshold is 1000 points. 

2. The value of Club Infinity vouchers given by Infinity Motorcycles will be based on the number of points that a member has collected by the end of the last day of a collection period. 

3. The end of a collection period is the fourth Thursday of every calendar month, wherein, any Club Infinity vouchers are converted and dispatched at 9 am that day. Collection periods may vary. Infinity Motorcycles reserves the right to change the dispatch date of vouchers at any time. 

4. Points are converted into Club Infinity vouchers in multiples of 1000; the conversion value of points equals £10. For example, 2000 points will be converted into a £20 Club Infinity voucher at the end of the collection period. 

5. Points will not be converted into Club Infinity vouchers if the email address, Club Infinity membership number or loyalty status of the Club Infinity account is invalid or missing. 

6. Any points that cannot be converted into Club Infinity vouchers because they are below the qualifying threshold or points that remain following conversion will be 'carried forward' as the starting balance(s) for the next collection period. 'Carried forward' points and any points previously accrued will expire and be removed after 12 months if the Club Infinity account remains inactive or has not been used within this period. 

7. Club Infinity vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue and are accompanied by an expiry date, beyond which they cannot be used or reissued. Club Infinity vouchers that are lost or mislaid may be reissued with the original expiry date, providing they have not previously been redeemed. Infinity Motorcycles cannot accept responsibility for Club Infinity vouchers lost or mislaid due to incorrect customer details or junk/spam email filters. 

8. The conversion of points into vouchers cannot be issued earlier or delayed past the upcoming collection period. 

9. Club Infinity vouchers can be used once at their face value, in-store, or online at infinitymotorcycles.com. Any outstanding value of the Club Infinity voucher after a transaction will be issued as change on an additional voucher, with an expiry date of 6 months thereafter the date of sale. 

10. Redeemed vouchers may be reissued if an order purchased using a Club Infinity voucher is subsequently returned or cancelled. The expiry date of these vouchers will be 6 months from the refunded date. The remainder, where applicable, will be refunded via the original payment method, such as cash or payment card. 

11. Club Infinity vouchers are the property of RDM (UK) Limited and have no cash value. They are not for resale/publication and are valid in the UK and IoM only. Defaced/copied vouchers will not be accepted. Valid for use only by the recipient, age restrictions apply. Club Infinity vouchers cannot be redeemed on the purchase of Infinity Motorcycles gift vouchers, online delivery charges, and purchases at trade shows, examples of which include, but are not limited to, Motorcycle Live, MCN London Motorcycle Show, Adventure Bike Rider Festival, and the Infinity Motorcycles eBay store.
